Fire engine Museum. Understanding how fire fighting and fire appliances have change from the past to the present. Be able to explain differences and similarities to the past and present.
Look at 17th century Tudor houses and compare to houses of today. What are the similarities and differences.
Make our bakery in class. Add strips of wood to a Tudor house.
Creative.
Complete fire pictures from last week.
Write critical analysis of another artists work who depicted the great fire of London.
Likes and dislikes and reasons why.
Colour mixing. Red and green to make brown- handprint leaves, cut out and use as leaves/or spines for hedgehog pictures. Use this as an enhanced task to cut out hand print. Focus- manipulation of a scissors correctly/develop fine motor control of a pinching motion.

A reminder that the children are going on a school trip on Wednesday. Please can they have a packed lunch and wear suitable clothing for the weather. We are going to Pontyclun Fire Station in the morning and The Fire Engine Museum in Neath in the afternoon. Please ensure that all permission slips are in school by Monday please.
