Thank you for helping your child to complete the online survey last week. We are in the process of looking at all the feedback and will be using the children's suggestions and ideas to plan and develop our outdoor area in the next few weeks.

Home-School Task w/c 12/03/18

Over the next fortnight, we will be recapping 2D shapes and their properties, then moving on to look at 3D shapes: cone, cube, cylinder, sphere, cuboid.

Go on a 3D shape hunt - in your house or if you go out and about over the weekend. What 3D shapes can you see in the environment? In your blue learning log, take or draw pictures/list what you find. 

Can you bring an example of a 3D shape into school on Monday to put on our 3D shape table in our maths area? Please ensure its small and not breakable as the children will be exploring the shapes.
