Diwali Week 2

The children have really enjoyed learning about the traditions of Diwali and making their coconut barfi. I hope you enjoyed them!

We will be continuing with our work on Diwali this week, making diva lamps and sequencing the story of Rama and Sita.

We will also be continuing to learn about number bonds to 10. The children have learnt a special song to help them remember:

9+1 makes 10 you know,

So does 7+3 its so,

8+2 and 6+4,

5+5 complete the score

All of these add up to 10, now we can begin again.
